When you register for an account, we collect: your full name, email address, password (stored in encrypted form), and your stated trading style/preferences during onboarding.

2.2 Usage Data

We automatically collect information about how you interact with the platform, including: pages visited, features used, session duration, click patterns, intelligence modules accessed, and AI query content (anonymized for analytics).

2.3 Payment Data

Payment processing is handled by Paddle (our Merchant of Record). We do not store your credit card numbers or full payment details. We receive and store: subscription status, plan type (monthly/annual), billing date, and transaction identifiers for support purposes.

2.4 Technical Data

We collect: IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, time zone, and cookies/session identifiers.

2.5 Communications

If you contact us via email or support channels, we retain the content of those communications for support and quality purposes.

• Service Delivery: To provide, maintain, and improve the GAI48 platform and personalize your market intelligence experience.
• Account Management: To create and manage your account, authenticate you, and provide customer support.
• Subscription Management: To process payments, manage your subscription, and send billing-related communications.
• Analytics: To understand how users interact with our platform, identify usage patterns, and improve product features.
• Communications: To send you service-related notifications, updates, and — with your consent — marketing communications. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time.

4.1 Service Providers

• Paddle: Our payment processor and Merchant of Record. Handles all billing, subscription management, and tax compliance. Paddle's privacy policy applies to payment data.
• Base44: Our hosting and infrastructure provider. Your data is stored on Base44's secure servers. Base44's privacy policy applies to infrastructure-level data handling.
• Analytics Tools: Aggregated, anonymized usage data may be processed by analytics providers to help us understand platform performance.

4.2 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights or the safety of users.

4.3 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred. We will notify you before your data is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Specifically:

• Account data is retained for the duration of your account plus 12 months after closure.
• Usage analytics data is retained for up to 24 months in anonymized form.
• Payment records are retained for 7 years to comply with Israeli accounting regulations.
• Support communications are retained for 3 years.

This Privacy Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, including the Privacy Protection Law (1981) and its regulations. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Israel.
